RUCKMARK

RUCKMARK is a strength-training app. This policy explains what RUCKMARK collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account: when you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable account identifier and, if you share it, your email address. That may be an Apple “Hide My Email” relay address. We never receive your Apple ID password.
Training data you enter: profile (name, units, experience), goals, equipment, schedule, limitations, programs, planned and completed workouts, sets, reps, weights and RPE.
AI coach conversations: your messages to the coach and its replies, plus any program changes it proposes.
AI usage records: the number of requests, token counts and estimated cost. We use these to enforce limits.

We don't collect location, contacts, photos, health-app data, advertising identifiers or analytics, and we don't track you across apps or websites.

How we use it

To run the app, back up your training, and restore it on your other devices.
To provide the optional AI coach. When you use it, after you've agreed in the app, we send your training profile, a summary of your logged workouts, your current program and your messages to OpenAI to generate a reply. We don't send your name, email or Apple ID. OpenAI processes this data to provide the service and, under its API terms, doesn't use it to train its models.
To enforce access rules, usage quotas and spending limits.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored on your iPhone and in RUCKMARK's database, which Supabase hosts in the United States. Access is restricted to your own account. Data sent to OpenAI for coach replies is processed under OpenAI's API data policies.

Your choices

Export: Profile → Your data → Export JSON or CSV.
Delete: Profile → Delete account and data. This permanently deletes your account and all cloud data, revokes RUCKMARK's Sign in with Apple authorization, and erases the data on your iPhone.
AI coach: optional. Logging and programs work without it.
Demo mode and “Use without an account”: these keep data only on your iPhone, and nothing is uploaded.

Children

RUCKMARK isn't directed to children under 13.
